Very good accommodation. Suitable for couple. good environment. Provide water dispenser really helpful. There's convenient store which you can buy for late night snack. Someone smoking in their room and we can smell the smoke coming inside our room. Really suffocated. Self check-in really easy and the staff really helpful if we have any question. No need to wait and going through long process like other hotels.

Easy and fast check in/check out. The room also comfortable and warm to stay. Room not too big and not too small for two. The host also very helpful and friendly. Georgtown Inn is one of my top list hotel if I come to Penang. I used to check in after 8 or 9 but the host still accept my booking. The facilities, cleanliness and etc are all good. Nothing to complain

The location of the Georgetown Inn is a 5-10 minute walk to some of the sightseeing spots e.g. Fort Cornwallis, the Queen Victoria Memorial Clock Tower, Municipal Fountain Park, Little India, Central Fire Station and others. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet location. Check in and check out were very straightforward. Good WIFI. There is a shop at the entrance to the hotel for snacks & drinks. The staff are very kind & helpful. I accidentally left my Apple Watch in the room, an hour or so after checkout the staff messaged to inform me. I had already left Georgetown but the staff kept my watch safe for 2 days and returned it to me when I got back to Georgetown. Thank you for a lovely stay Georgetown Inn!

Truly value for money as the design is nice, clean, has an elevator (comparing to another hotel I was living in) and somehow the vibes are very positive. There are always people coming to the area taking photos at night and in the morning. There is also a mini mart right below and a nice cafe opposite. And the bed mattress was firm and solid, giving comfortable sleep!
